Gifts are one payment for a year of Regular ($99) or Premium ($149). Gift codes never expire: the year starts when they open it. Gift purchases are final.

Storage

  • Regular includes 50 GB of cloud storage. Premium includes 100 GB, and older videos move to lower-cost cold storage, where you can still watch and download them.
  • Need more? Add 100 GB blocks for $3 a month or $30 a year, on the same bill as your plan.
  • If you reach your limit, nothing is deleted; new uploads pause until you add room.

Renewing and cancelling

  • Plans renew automatically, yearly or monthly, as the same plan you chose. We email you at least 15 days before a yearly renewal.
  • Cancel anytime in Settings → Your plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a plan charge for a full refund. Gift purchases are final and not refundable.
  • After cancelling, your stories stay viewable and downloadable for good on a free view-only plan.
